Disappointed in the weather and growing weary of our surroundings we received a call from friends living in Kentucky at just the right time. Scott and Starlet from “No Worries” invited us to join them and their family for Christmas in Morehead, KY. We welcomed the change of scenery and the opportunity for a unique adventure. On our way to Morehead we stopped in Chattanooga, TN and took a tour of Ruby Falls and caverns as we meandered our way to Morehead.

We enjoyed spending Christmas in Morehead. Scott and Starlet shared their home and their family with us during our time here. We went on a few hikes and explored a small part of their 400+ acre farm and experienced their Christmas traditions. Although both Scott and Starlet worked at the area college, they also grew up on the farm-Starlet’s dad still raises cattle-and are looking forward to raising their own cattle and planting their garden when they return home sometime next year.
