A quick turnaround today and another early start as we have discovered there is a barge about a mile up the ICW that may lengthen our day. On our way we met up with our friends from “Journey” & “Loose Moose” as we joined a flotilla of ~6 boats to squeak our way by a working dredge. As we passed the dredge it was not as bad as it was made out to be, common for this trip. We need to remember that several of us doing the loop have no boating experience and therefore everything different leads to another report that the sky is falling!! 😩🤪

Overall it was another uneventful day on the water. We met up with our friends from Journey and ”Where To” and spent a quiet night relaxing and planning our next few stops. Again, as the weather is getting colder our plan is to slow down a bit in Albermarle Sound, just a few days travel away.
