After leaving Santee State Park we took a short trip to Charleston to visit with Linda and Scott of "Faith", another couple we enjoyed spending time with on the loop. They are currently planning their next trip and planning on completing the Down East Loop, a 2400 mile loop around New England and the Canadian Maritimes. We look forward to welcoming them in Wareham sometime in August. Wishing them a safe trip.
Again we took advantage of Harvest Host and stayed at Tideland Brewing, a small brewery in North Charleston and spent a day exploring the area. Dan even was able to wear an approved mankini!
