On Wednesday we decided on a long trip with 2 days rest and headed to Clifton City. There are a limited number of marinas on this route so some of the days are longer than others. Clifton was an adorable small town that seemed to have rolled up their sidewalks for the winter! The only stores open in town included a pharmacy, a few banks and a walk in clinic.

Our second day here felt like a summer day with highs in the upper 70’s. “No Worries” took a day off from anchoring and met up with us here. We began to plan where/when/what for our communal Thanksgiving dinner. Additional loopers joined us here and new friends were made for our trip down the rivers.
