There are numerous small, quaint towns on the coast of the Chesapeake. After reviewing about a half a dozen of them, we decided to go to Havre de Grace. It was an excellent choice. We tied up at the city marina and explored the entire waterfront and the small town by trolley. Took some time to climb up the Concord Point Lighthouse and the extended waterfront boardwalk. The second day we ventured into town early visiting a few of the antique shops and downloaded an app that took us on a guided tour of the town. The app was very well done with markings on the sidewalk throughout the town where we could stop and listen to a narration regarding several historic buildings. We also stumbled onto a park that had several murals depicting the history of the town-very cool! Unfortunately the weather took a turn for the worse-rain and tornado warnings-so our day was cut a bit short and we returned to the boat for a hopefully quiet dinner on the boat.
Our trip on day 340.
